Can I get a quote?
Simply supply the vehicle details and what work you would like an estimate on. Most times we can estimate without seeing the vehicle. Sometimes we will need to do inspection for what is required.
What happens if the work required exceeds the original quote?
During the diagnosis phase of our work process we will determine what is wrong with your car and what is required to fix it. Once the work you authorise is determined we will proceed. When carrying out the required repairs if we discover either further labour or parts are required we will contact you to seek your approval before continuing.
Can I tell you what I want done with my car?
Certainly, your vehicle, your call. We will offer our recommendations when requested.
Can I drop my car before you open or pick-up after hours?
KATS have an early bird key drop system before hours. For an afterhours pick up we accept an over the phone payment, lock the paperwork and keys in the vehicle. You can collect using your spare key.
Do you have loan cars?
Yes, just arrange to hire one when you schedule your vehicle service/repair.
How can I get home/to work from your workshop?
KATS is conveniently located near the bus route that goes into and out of South Bank and the City.
The Coorparoo railway station is within easy walking distance.
By arrangement we will accommodate client drop-off and pick-up within the local area between 8.45am and 3.45pm. Due to traffic congestion we do not drop off into the City or surrounds.
When do I pay?
At vehicle pick-up on completion of the work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards being VISA, MasterCard and American Express (fee incurred).
